AX2012 WMS. Work and wave are not created after clicking Release -> Release to warehouse on the Load planning workbench.

In the outbound process you might face with an issue that Work and wave are not created after clicking Release -> Release to warehouse on the Load planning workbench. First, you need to try releasing to warehouse directly from the Sales order. If work and wave are created successfully there (Release to warehouse on the Sales order > Warehouse management tab in the Sales order ribbon bar) then you need to check Load posting method.

Navigate to Warehouse management > Setup > Load posting methods.

If this form is empty, click Regenerate methods

As the result methods will be created.
