ReportThere are 3 ways to use the Free Text Invoices (FTI);
1) Create FTI Manually
This is the basic process. As mentioned manual way, you fill all the information for the header and lines manually.
2) Create FTI from template
Creating from template. This is almost the same as recurring invoices but you manually manage to select the template on FTI.
Rather than to fill the information on lines, system will copy the data directly from the setup you have done in the template.
You can also save as a template after you create the first FTI.
3) Create FTI from recurring invoices
Recurring invoices are used to create periodic invoices by batch. Templates are the sme but rather than to select manually on FTI, creted by the batch with to apply the rules.
