Open Multiple Windows in Dynamics CRM

In previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM you had the ability to open multiple windows in Dynamics CRM. If you wish to go back to having this ability you just have to utilize the pop out feature shown below.

• Open a record in CRM and locate the little arrow button in the upper right hand corner of the form.

• After clicking on it you’ll see that you now have one screen listing your view and the other showing your record form.

• You can also open a record from within a view into a new window by right clicking on the record in the list and selecting Open in a New Window
