Don’t worry, Microsoft has just released a new Windows 10 app to do the job for us.  

App is called Windows File Recovery and is a command-line tool that can help you recover photos, videos, documents, and everything else, even if you have wiped out your hard-disk, USB drive, or SD card. 

Note: This app requires Windows 10 build 19041 or higher.
