Install or Remove a Preferred Solution in Dynamics 365
When someone has Dynamics 365 (CRM) Online, that organization may be entitled to additional preferred solutions by Microsoft. These do not come installed automatically.
Some of these common preferred solutions include:
- Voice of the Customer – A new survey and feedback solution for CRM 2016 Update 0.1
- Insights for Microsoft Dynamics – Gain real time insights and social connections to engage more quickly with buyers.
- Office 365 Groups – Work with people around the company, even if they are not in Dynamics 365.
Here is how your CRM Administrator can install them.
1. Sign in to https://portal.office.com with your Global administrator or Dynamics 365 System Administrator credentials. (You will need Administrator privileges)
2. Click Admin > CRM

3. On the Manage all Dynamics 365 Online instances page, select the instance to add the solution to.

4. Click Solutions.
5. Select the solution you want to install and click Install.
Proceed through Terms of service to accept the terms.
All done!
