[Enhancement Feature] Unmark all ledger transactions within ledger settlement in MSD365 Finance and Operations

Welcome to my next blog on unboxing new feature in 10.0.28 version on general ledger Segment, this feature is an enhancement on existing ledger settlements form, the feature name is “Unmark all ledger transactions within ledger settlement”

Note- This feature is not included into the feature management, instead this is auto activated once the version is 10.0.28 or above

Current design

Sometimes, ledger transactions that can't be settled are marked for ledger settlement, because the system determines that the transactions have been settled. To work around this issue, you can unmark all the ledger transactions for all users and legal entities in the system. When this feature is enabled, a new button that is named Unmark all transactions is added to the Ledger settlement page. Select this button to unmark all ledger settled transactions for all users and legal entities in the system.

Then the below pop up will occur, it will unmark all ledger transactions for all users and legal entities in the system

Note - This button is available only to administrators.
