ReportHighJump Software, a Microsoft Dynamics certified partner, has announced it is acquiring TrueCommerce, a business-to-business integration solutions provider. The acquisition is expected to close within two weeks.
TrueCommerce provides EDI software solutions in a SaaS model to help small to mid-sized businesses conduct electronic commerce with major retailers and other trading partners.
