Resolution to control actions limitation to the web client

Introduction:

We use Cue groups in Role centres and assign control actions to them e.g in Sales Order Processor, the New Sales order is a control action.

But there is a limitation on the web client, Control actions are visible on a Cue group only if there are no Cue fields. e.g as above there are two cue fields like Sales Quotes -Open and Sales Orders -Open hence control actions won’t be visible on the web client.

Resolution :

Create a Cue group in the Role centre Cue Page and do not add any cue fields.

Open control actions and add your control actions
