ReportThere is no slowing down right? Year end for US and Canada and now a January Hotfix too?
Yes....someone always tells me change is good and everything is changing, fast!
The January hotfix is intended for code changes for U.S. Payroll taxes that require code to calculate the taxes correctly. In this update we have a code change for Alabama and Maine.
Since we are releasing a "patch" we might as well put some critical fixes in there as well that our customers need. I have those listed below by version.
Remember as always, these are all inclusive updates, so you can just install the latest and you are patched to current. This will also be translated to French and Spanish.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 (version 14.00.0952)
(Includes GP 2015 R2, US and Canada Year-end, and all prior patches)
Canadian Payroll - 14.00.0939
There are a number of changes to the Canadian Payroll Record of Employment (ROE). If you are going to generate ROE's in Canadian Payroll, this patch must be installed.
French ROE window is dysfunctional.
Payroll/Human Resource
After you install the U.S. Year end update all employees are printing 1095-C form.
Employee Social Security Number will no longer default to Human Resource Benefit Policy number.
Tax update changes for Alabama and Maine.
Employee Self Service
Employee Timecards show 0 hours or incorrect hours and have a duplicate line in UPR10501.
Financials/Distribution
You may run into an issue emailing the PDF version of word template with formatting of the template.

Canadian Payroll - 12.00.2071
