Simplifying Complex CRM Relationships in Dynamics 365 with new Mind Maps Spider view!
High time we all agree—managing customer and lead accounts in CRM is no less than solving a puzzle, right?
Is it just me, or have you also found it difficult to figure out how different stakeholders are connected, who the key decision-makers are, or even which influencers to reach out to?
Without the right tools, you’re constantly toggling between screens, hunting down records, and wasting precious time. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of those important connections.
But what if there were a better way?
With Map My Relationships, a powerful visualization app for Dynamics 365 CRM, you can easily visualize and navigate relationships between records, providing quick access to connected data and facilitating efficient task management.
Studies show that data visualization can improve decision-making by up to 30% and increase team productivity by 20%.
By simplifying complex relationships, Map My Relationships helps you make faster, more informed decisions, driving business success.
Now, we’ve made it even better!
Say hello to Spider View, our exciting new feature designed to transform the way you manage relationships.
Here’s what Spider View does:
The Spider View allows you to clearly see how entities are interconnected in a visual format. It groups multiple relationships pointing to the same record into a single node, reducing visual clutter and offering a much clearer picture of complex connections.
Here’s how it works in detail:
Picture This: we have an account named “A. Datum Corporation,” which has two types of relationships with contacts:
- 1:N Relationship: An account is linked to multiple contacts.
- N:N Relationship: Multiple contacts are connected to multiple contacts.
Now, let’s focus on Rene Valdes, who is linked to “A. Datum Corporation” through both relationships.
Without Spider View, Rene Valdes would appear as two separate nodes—one for each relationship type. With Spider View, Rene Valdes is identified as a shared contact and combined into a single node, ensuring clarity and reducing redundancy, as shown in the diagram.
For example, if a contact, like “Rene Valdes,” is linked to multiple accounts, such as “A. Datum Corporation,” the Spider View will show the contact as a shared node at the center of the screen, illustrating how it connects to various accounts. This approach makes it much easier for you to understand intricate relationship structures without feeling overwhelmed by too many data points.
Key Features of Spider View:
By utilizing the Spider View, businesses can streamline relationship mapping, making it easier to manage and analyze connections within their CRM system.
Other Powerful Features of Map My Relationships:
While Spider View is the latest addition, Map My Relationships offers several other features designed to enhance CRM usability:
- 360-Degree View: Get a comprehensive snapshot of all important data related to a record in one glance.
- Display Images: Customize records with images for easier identification and quicker access.
- Perform Quick Actions: Create activities like emails, tasks, and appointments directly from the mind map view.
- View Record Details: Hover over a record node in mind map view to quickly access key information.
- Grouping & Aggregation: View aggregate values of CRM records without needing rollup fields.
- N-Level Relationships: Drill down through multiple levels of relationships to see associated entities.
- Color-Coded Connection Roles: Easily distinguish connection types by using color codes for different roles.
