UXC Eclipse LLC, the North American arm of UXC Eclipse, announced it has acquired the Dynamics NAV business of WineDirect, which provides technology to enable wineries to sell more wine directly to consumers.

"I see this as a real win for our customers and our employees. UXC Eclipse has a laser focus on ERP software - they know what they're doing with Dynamics NAV and with industry IP," said Andrew Kamphuis, president, WineDirect, in a statement.
