How to sync email Signatures from Outlook/O365 to Dynamics 365 CRM?

Question: Is it possible to sync or import email Signatures from Outlook/O365 to Dynamics 365 CRM?

Answer: Unfortunately, it is No

Root Cause:

1. For Outlook clients, the email signature is stored under the end user’s local folder: %userprofile% \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures

    Sample screenshot as below: 1 folder + 3 files

 2. For CRM email signature, we can create it and assign it to special users/teams, but no option for us to sync or import from other resources.

Conclusion:

Based on the above information, we have no OOB(Out of Box) option to import or sync email signatures from Outlook to CRM.
