ReportNo Data Returned When Using a JOIN in SmartList Designer
If we create a JOIN using two tables where one or the other ( or both ) have a large number fields, such as the Sales Transaction Work table, the SQL statement that is created exceeds the limit on the number of characters that can be used for a query in SmartList Designer.
We will need to change the fields we select – select only the minimum fields necessary to report your data:
This way, the query string will fall under the cut off threshold.
