How to run Visual studio as Administrator by default in your D365FO Dev VM

Instead of right clicking the icon each time and saying Run as Administrator, here is a one time setup maybe some of us didn't know about it.

1- Pin Visual studio icon on the Taskbar

2- Right click the icon then another right click on the Visual studio icon and click Properties

3- Click Advanced from Shortcut tab

4- Tick Run as administrator
