About this Course:

This course provides information on Point of Sale, Retail Merchandising, Catalog Management, Channel Management and Corporate Operations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail. It begins with an introduction to Dynamics 365 for Retail. It walks through all the configuration, setup, and enrichment that is done in the back office by merchandisers and purchasing people to manage a retail store on an ongoing basis. 

It also provides information on Channel Management and Corporate Operations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail and walks through all the configuration required to deploy a retail channel. Throughout the course, demonstrations and practices are provided to provide more details about the different functional aspects of Dynamics 365 for Retail

Prerequisites

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • General knowledge of basic navigation within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail
  • Basic knowledge of retail processes and procedures

Student Requirement for Hosted Lab
You will be provided with lab access information prior to the start of the training.

  • A PC/laptop with high speed internet to execute the online labs provided as part of the course
  • RDP application to connect to a remote VM
