If you just can’t wait for 2015 to get here, Microsoft has granted your first holiday wish.

The Microsoft Dynamics team has announced the general availability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and the 2015 update of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.

This major release (the second this calendar year) offers some very nice enhancements that will boost collaboration between sales, marketing and customer service.

For all the details, you can check out the 21-page preview guide but for sales users they have introduced product families that will allow for product bundling and recommended products, visual sales hierarchies and roll ups and tailored dashboards and analytics for mobile.

For those marketing folks (like me) they have added a new interactive marketing calendar, integrated Lync webinars, A/B testing, graphical marketing workflows and integrated offers.

If you are a current user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, the initial upgrade emails have been sent out from the Dynamics team to inform you of the upgrade process and timetable.

If you are exploring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we encourage you to take advantage of the free trial available at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-free-trial-overview.aspx

If you have any questions, contact our product experts at Ledgeview Partners to help you along the way.
