Incremental Group's Principle Dynamics Consultant, Mark Christie, is a long time resident of Perth, Scotland. From 1996 to 2001, not long after graduating, Mark gained a technical support position with the company e-computers, which gave him his first opportunity to showcase his talent and skill in the IT field. This was followed by his time with Cultura Technologies, where he served as a Microsoft Technical Support Agent. For over 3 years, Mark also worked as a Microsoft CRM Technical Consultant with Energy Saving Trust, before moving onto Castle Computer Services. While here, from 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant. Prior to his role with Incremental Group, Mark worked with eBECS as their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant. Today, and in his current role, Mark uses nearly two decades of experience to excel in every aspect of his job, bringing professionalism and desired results to each of his clients. Along side his experience, his vast amount of knowledge comes from an extensive educational background that started in 2008. Since then, he has earned numerous Microsoft certifications which include MCTS: Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Installation & Configuration, Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration in CRM 2013, Field Service for Dynamics 365, Project Service Automation, Microsoft Certified Professional, and several others. Along with these, Mark also successfully completed training with Click Dimensions and ITIL Certified. From these companies, he was able to study Click Dimensions Fundamentals and earn a ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. With an obvious dedication to IT, Mark's work has been noticed by many and has gained him awards such as Microsoft Business Applications MVP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community Contributor and the 2016 UK Microsoft Partner of the Year. |
