Cases can route to a queue rather than assigned to an individual based on defined characteristics 

right now it is going to individual user i think how to change it to queue

Create a group user tied to a group email box for routing of  case type= "new Account qualification cases"

You can route emails to a queue by creating a routing rule set. The steps to follow are in this article.
