I would like to know how many of you are using Insight for CRM Online.
Is it working for you?
Just had a play and it worked just fine.
I heard some people saying information sometimes is not correct.
the main problem is for multinationals. Insight seems nearly empty in some countries

When you installed Insight did it take a long time to load. I'm still waiting for it to load and its been over a hour. I did it from Office 365
Was not very fast but looked normal. however I was running a trial set for US region.
I wouldn't be surprised if the service slow down now and then. Everything was set to US zone but I was running it from New Zealand.
Insight still is not installed that is installed on CRM, not sure what to do.
Try creating a demo and see if the demo install fast. if does so, it may be an issue with your CRM instance, maybe location/time zone.
