We have 3 organisations under the subscription of CRM Online, they are all 3 on the 18.104.22.1688 update and all 3 configured to use server side sync but for some reason I can only see the Server Side Sync Dashboard in the Dev environment. I've tried to create a solution with the dashboard and import in the others but no lucky, solution is imported empty.. If a go to settings -> Email configuration -> Server Side Synchronization Monitoring it will redirect to the dashboards page but for the default dashboard and if I click in the arrow down there's no Server Side Sync Dashboard option.
Any ideas on how to enable the dashboard or what could be reason for this?
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I would just add that dashboard to an unmanaged solution and move it live then delete the solution, Its a strange one but that will get you round it
thanks for the reply but I've tried this already, the solution goes empty :/
We weren't able to import the dashboard, the workaround we found was to recreate the dashboard in both environments.
