D365 App For Outlook Says "Can't connect to Exchange". Everything has been working fine before this. Can't figure out why this error is pop upping now.

If this started happening out of nowhere it can be due the a recent update. You should raise this with microsoft.
before that you can try to access the mailbox in outlook web access to see if you can open it there.

Kindly raise ticket from admin centre to microsoft.

What was the cause and how the fix?
We had to enable OAuth on the Exchange Server to get it working again.
