I have a html web resource added to CRM sitemap which includes a grid of records that need to have their IDs Hyperlinked to open this specific record URL in CRM.

I tried to make it using as a hyperlink and it works fine with the web browser, but the customer needs to display the html page through the CRM mobile app. Unfortunately, the hyperlink doesn't work on the mobile app, only displays as a hyperlink but no further action on click.

I am open to any suggestion please.

Hi Yousra,

You can add below code in html web resource. This will work in both web and mobile app.

<a onclick='openLinkForRedirection(\"" + link + "\");' target='_blank' >Click Here</a>";
function openLinkForRedirection(url) {
    Xrm.Navigation.openUrl(url);
}

I hope this helps!

You could think about using out of the box entity views to achieve the same or you could use a different form for mobile and drop your web resourceful inside the form body
