Can anybody please tell me How to upgrade from CRM 2013 workgroup to CRM 2013 Server?
If you already have server key here is the steps to upgrade from workgroup to Server

Thanks for your detailed reply.
But we bought volume license from Microsoft and downloaded setup from microsoft service centre which says "This product does not require a product key".
When i run setup, it ask me to repair or install existing setup.
If have your enterprise key you can just go to deployment manager and change it. Deployment Manager >> Right Click >> Change Product Key. However, if you are not able to upgrade it by changing the license key than other option you have is to uninstall CRM Server (Workgroup) and install enterprise version that you have downloaded from download center.
I found the key it was in ISO image which i downloaded from service centre. The i followed the procedure described by Chitra.
