The advanced find views not visible even after sharing it with the other user having the necessary roles and privileges.

I have a some of questions for you so that we can get further clarity on the issue.
-Are you able to create advance find views and access them?
-Is the issue occurring for multiple views or a single view?
-Are multiple users seeing the same behavior?
-What is the build number of your CRM organization?
-Are the users assigned out of the box security roles or a custom security roles?
-What are the steps that you are following to share the views?
-Do you see any errors while sharing the views?

The user has been assigned to have priv to see: Saved View and User Entity UI Settings?

I am attaching the snap shot where in I am able to share the view with other user.
but still the problem persists.
Sharing with right privilege to view does not give user to view records. Check whether user role has at least read privilege for an entity. If user does not have enough privilege in his role then he can't view records within the view.

I think the advanced find views shared will be visible only if they are having the same set of roles and privileges and minimum read priv. And you can also check if they are in the same business unit or across organisation user for which you are trying to share.
