I am conducting market research, and would like to register each answer in CRM.
I would also record all history, such as how many times I called the company, and what were the results of the calls.

Hi Camila. So, you might start by having a new record type (Q&A) that is linked to the account record type (many to one). In that record you could have two fields - one for the question and one for the answer. You could take the design further but this might get you started. You might also want a field to record the date of the questions.
