Our employees are facing issues, when they create task for cases. They create cases and everything is ok. But when they want to check the task, those are vanished sometimes.
What we should check to resolve this problem? Could that be a sync problem or what? The task are created using Outlook Client 2013.
Hi Tsei Tsei. Are they working in offline option of Outlook client? Try to change the time synchronization with the CRM server to a minor time to check if the tasks can be synchronized. Check also the sql database if after they have created a task the record is in the table. Check your views too.
Have they been deleted from CRM or just from the outlook task list. Check the audit tail in CRM for any deleted tasks and also check the outlook sync filters. See blog.customereffective.com/.../controlling-user-synchronization-settings-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011.html

They have been deleted from both, CRM and outlook. Also we are not using offline option.
And this happens just sometimes, not every day or every time.
