Hi Guys, I am working in outlook client for creating new activity. When I open a new activity in Outlook, I can see the 'View in CRM' button enabled which should be disabled. When I add subject and date and save the record and try to see same record in CRM using 'View in CRM' button the CRM record does not show me updated subject and date. This is working perfect for some other user but not for me. Actual surprise is when I close and reopne outlook activity and then try to see the record in CRM using 'View in CRM' button, it works perfect. Anybody faced the same issue?
The changes done in the activity can be view able after you synchronize CRM with outlook. By default, records are synchronized every 15 minutes. You can adjust the synchronization interval through personal options. If you need to synchronize right away, you can synchronize records manually if you're using CRM for Outlook. More information: www.microsoft.com/.../synchronize-records-manually-with-crm-for-outlook.aspx. If you're synchronizing with server-side synchronization, the Synchronize button is removed from the ribbon.
You can try synchronizing records manually and verify if you are able to view the record in CRM using 'View in CRM' Button.
