Sorry for that "newbie" question, but what is the best way for my users to follow a colleague ?Have they a user list where they can choose a user to follow ?
Or they have to "find" the user name (in a opportunity for example). But if the user don't have anything in CRM, it's difficult to find him.

The easiest way would be to click on the followers link below your profile picture on the what's new pane. This showed the users who are following you by default but you can then change the view or search for users there.
If you were feeling ambitious you could also use advanced find to search for users!
