I understand that the MS CRM App has limitations, which is where the 'open in web browser' option comes in handy.
However, could someone please advise me where the 'advanced find' option is (if it exists) in when CRM is opened via the web browser as I seem to be unable to locate it?
When opening CRM in the browser on a tablet, the functionality is the same as on a PC, so the Advanced Find should be located in the same place. Are we sure that it's loading the same form as on a pc?
Any modifications done?
Hi Magor, unfortunately it is not loading the same and no, we didn't complete any modifications on the web browser, only the microsoft app for iPads.
Hi, what exactly are the differences in the forms loaded? Did you notice anything beside the dissapearence of the Advanced Find?
In this case, I'd recommend opening a support request with Microsoft so that we can look at this in more detail.
