I am struggling to setup a very simple integration. All I need is the Accounts from CRM to sync through into NAV. I have activated the Map and can see it syncing every 45 seconds, but each time I see '0 written, 0 failed to write. There are not any errors on any of the field mappings and I don't have any filters in place.
The log has one entry:
Map: Account to NAV Customer Card
Source Item Key:
Date: 12/3/2014 9:40:21 AM
Text: InternalError: 0x80041F08
I have tested the Adapter Settings for both NAV and CRM and they are fine. In NAV, I have performed the necessary steps to Enable the Connector for my NAV company.
I have followed all of the steps in:
Can anybody help?
Are you changing the Modified Date in the Filter to Start Sync ? In case no then set it to the 1/1/1900.
No, I haven't changed the modified date at all.
Then try to change it to the before records created on or modified on and then start the sync again.
Unfortunately that has not made any difference. Do you know what the error is referring to?
Do you See any der Crosses right from Field mappings?
Have you checked what sajan said?
a) stop running Mapping
c) Change modified date to something like year 1900
e) click activate
Check for Error in log. if you oversee first run after Changing date to 1900, only in log you can see what was wrong.
Maybe you played around for a while.
Look if you changed the to crm Field "instance id" written value.
If so, delete all the instance IDs in crm Field. Cause Connector cant bring the NAV and the CRM entry together.
Then again so every steps from 2 and 3.
This Maybe could be a solution for your Error#.
Let me know if it works.
Have you clicked on the submit button on the Account Ribbon. After clicking it should populate data in the ERP Key or the integration key then only it will sync to NAV.
Internal error can be of something else because if the record had failed due to some reason of mapping then 0 passes and 1 failed would have shown in status.
Surmeet - I can't see a Submit button. There is a Save button which I have tried.
Gr. Peb - I've removed all Integration ID references and am just waiting for the log to return some information. It seems to be very slow to do so!
Then this is a real problem why the records are not syncing because, submitting the records via submit button will only make the records available for sync.
Can you see the ConnectorForMSDynamics solution in crm. Re-import this solution and publish.
