We have MS CRM 2013 on premise version with SP1 and roll-up 1 installed but, we are not finding the menu option to Configure Social Listening in Settings--> Administration. Could you please help me on this?
Social Listening Configuration wasn't available in CRM 2013 On-Premise version. It was only provided for the CRM Online customers. This is introduced to on-premise customers with CRM 2015.
Microsoft Social Listening for on-premises CRM customers: You can now access Social Listening directly from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 - even as an on-premises customer - and may also be eligible for a discounted rate. Thanks for your response. I thought it is available with MSCRM 2013 SP1 Rollup 1. Isn't that the case?
