I'm working on integrating AX2009 customers to CRM 2015 online accounts.
We had to refresh our AX db (Still in TEST mode), and this messed up the integration (I think).
We're still setting up, and we only had 2 or 3 accounts in CRM.
I want to delete the CRM accounts, and start from scratch.
But I think the integration DB still has the old integration IDs stored somewhere.
Is there a way to 'reset' the integration DB without uninstalling/reinstalling the whole thing?
Hi, can you clearly state the what you meant by Refresh AX db and reset integration db.
I think my question was based on a wrong assumption: I though that the integration DB was maintaining a 'state' for each integration. But I was wrong. So I guess the question can be ignored :)
Thanks for your reply though!
We are also facing similar issue. After image copy of old server to new server, connector is still pointing to old server. Due to this i am unable to open connector to make necessary changes.
