The control in my demo environment (Out of Box) is called CC_WorkHourControl

    Thank you for replying.

So, you suggesting that control name is the issue?

Also, can you suggest what all thinks we can make sure while checking this issue?

    Thanks

Correct, it looks like you are using a different control than what I see in my standard environment. I'm not sure if the PCF control you have in your screenshot is a custom one or maybe a newer version that hasn't been deployed to my environment yet, but it appears to not be working as expected. I would try to use the CC_WorkHourControl linked to the Calendar lookup field on the Bookable Resource table.

    Hi @Rohit,

i dont know about your simulation scenario, but here i encounter the same issue. wherein this is usually encountered for first time logging in (in my case) as a user to the app. i dont know if you can also try it on your end.

    simulation:
    1. to simulate 1st time login, open an incognito browser (edge or chrome)
    2. login as user to the app
    3. click Resources > 1 record > Work Hours
    4. click another resource (or as long as you like) it wont show the calendar

    NOTE:
not until you click the browser Refresh on the Work Hours page.

im not sure if this is a script loading issue but, this is how we can simulate displaying issue of the Work Hours calendar of the Resource. as a work around, as long as you knew this Refresh hack, you're safe to continue as this will only happen for the first time. i am assuming if cleared cache as well.

    Hope this helps. Thank you!
