Hi I have installed the Dynamic CRM app on my new phone. I set up all the logins and it works. I can see contacts and other info. I thought this was a mobile version of the data until I started to look at it today. If I go for example to opportunities I can see all my open ones. However I seem to be limited on what I can see about the opportunities so for example I cant see the details of the number of products pricing etc. so I cant make changes to them at meetings or just after. I have to wait till I get my laptop up and get connected into the company system. Am I missing something or indeed is this just a simplified cut down version of what I see on line with no access to this info? If it is the latter, can I ask what is its point? Again, am I missing something here?
