I have a dependency inside customizations for connection entity called connection_main_system_library.js. This webresource cannot be seen in the source customizations and is not found in target system, thus preventing me from importing a solution containing connection.
The odd thing is that I was able to include connection via a 2013 onpremise upgraded solution to 2015 solution. Yet, when I create a new solution, add connection and attempt to import into the client env it fails with dependency.
This looks like an upgrade issue - you will need to contact Microsoft support via the Office 365 portal.
As Scott pointed correctly, this looks like upgrade issue you need to contact Microsoft support
