On a Contact you can see the static marketing lists the Contact is listed on (as a related entity). For a dynamic marketing lists this is not the case since it's a dynamic query that lies underneath. What is the easiest way for a CRM user to see a full overview of both types of marketing lists for any given contact ? I've tried an advanced query but was unable to get the result I'm looking for.
As the dynamic marketing list doesn't have any members as such being just a query .... I don't think what you describe is possible. As no relationship will exist between the contact and the marketing list.

For static list you can see from list member entity, meanwhile for dynamic since CRM only stores the fetch xml, you probably need a query executor, can be web resource or also can be report.
