I am about to propose CRM-2016 for our organization. Can any one please list me the features of CRM-2016 & how its advanced from its earlier versions.
Thanks in Advance!!
Happy!! CRM ing :) : )
You should check CRM 2016 documentations
There are lots of exciting new features in CRM2016 - some of them are for Online only since they need Azure features (us.hitachi-solutions.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-vs-crm-online-decision-matrix-updated-for-crm-2016) so if you are OnPrem you might considering moving to online.
For a complete list of features see - www.microsoft.com/.../what-s-new.aspx
Hope this answers your question.
If from feature and functionality perspective
what s new.aspx
If from technical through sdk perspectivegg309589.aspx
So far I find the UI is more interesting.
And also knowledge base compare to earlier version and now available all in onpremise not online 2015 online.
And remember the integration things such as new alternate keys, metadata changes tracking and so on.
Hope this informative.
