I have an entity which has two links to account, lets say link A and link B.
If I create a new record of this entity from the account form, both links are pre filled in with the account record, even if the subgrid of this entity is set to show records via link B.
What do I did wrong ?
If you have quick create form Business Rule may not work as createdon field is not available to add it to the form. In order to over come this you may add condition to check any required field value from the account rather than checking createdon field value.
I'm wondering about how you did this because On my on-premise 2016 installation, for a lookup field I cannot Clear a value but only assigning it.
You can clear value by selecting Type to clear in Business Rule.
You are online with 365. On my side I'm on-premise with Dynamics CRM 2016.
Cooperative is another relation of my custom entity with account entity
Champ = field
Valeur = value.
