I made an update to version 1.2.1 yesterday. Now I cant seem to connect CRM to FST. When i hit the "Authorize" button nothing happens. What to do?
When you upgraded to 1.2.1 your CRM credentials were supposed to automatically update. Most likely they did not and they is why you are no longer authorized. Please take the following steps which will update your credentials. Please provide your email address and I will send you the file.
1. Go to Settings -> Data Management
2. Open Imports
3. Click Import Data
4. Select the file from the attachment and click next
5. Click next again and then click Ok
6. Click next
7. Select FST Error Log in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Record Types drop down list and click Next
8. Click Next, and then click Next again
9. Click Submit
