I am using the connector to sync items between NAV and CRM. When Synching the Nav Items to CRM products I have a custom picklist (Manufacturer Code) that I have created in NAV that I am synching with an option set in CRM. All was working fine until we started adding new values in the picklist in NAV. Now when some items are being synched, I get the following error: Name: IOGEAR not found in Picklist: Manufacturer Code on entity: product.
How do I synch my picklist in NAV to match my option set in CRM so that I don't have to add each value manually every time we add a new value in Nav?
If you have made changes to the schema such as adding new option values and fields from the source you will need to update the target CRM with those options so they can be mapped. Once you have customised crm with the missing options you should update the mappings in the integration and run again.
If you are unsure how to customise CRM, you will need to go to Settings> customise or solution and then the Entity such as Product. You should be able to find the optionset field Manufacture Code and add the additional options and publish your changes, then go back into your connector and update the mappings.
