I often end up back at the OP (opportunity) screen after saving a WO (work order).
This occurs after I convert an OP to a WO and then save the WO. The system automatically takes me back to the related OP. When I save a newly create WO I do not want it to take me back to the OP.Is there any way I can change this?
Please share the version of Fieldone Sky installed on this org as well as a screenshot of the form that disappears.
Luke are you still having issues with the Opportunity being the focus entity after you have converted it to a WO? If so, please let us know the version of CRM and Field Service you have applied.
