I have tried repeatedly to install the VoC solution in my CRM Online instance but always get the following:
"Solution installation failed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact customer support."
I have tried 10+ times in a day and still the same.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Tim, What version of CRM Online are you on? Also what Location is your crm, ie crm4.dynamics.com etc?
Current version: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016
Hi Tim, Do you have any existing solutions installed, Do you get the same error on a blank CRM instance?
No Raz i do not have any existing solution installed !
On my instance i am facing the same issue as i am installing VoC, FST or Office 365 Group.
Im also in crm4.dynamics.com, it worked fine for me yesterday, iv just tested it now and the Preferred Solutions are taking a long time to responding so still waiting to see if it completes, I advise you to Log an incident via the office 365 portal for CRM in the meantime
i have follow the same route but i don't know why its not installing.. thanks for your time Raz.
Please help with a solution if you have managed to install VOC.
I'm also facing the same issue for one of my customer.
I have the same problem. In the solution list i click on the Install button, for a while Status of the Solution was "Installing" and its become "Could not Istalled"
I am using a trial account. Could it be the reason?
I have been experiencing the same issue in one of my production environments. I've been going back and forth with MS Support for over a month and they are not even close to resolving it. In fact, they just keep passing the issue from one person to another and not one of them appears to be familiar with D365, much less the VOC solution.
I am receiving the same error as Dave H when attempting to install via the D365 Admin Center. The error occurs for both Production and Sandbox instances, both on version 8.2.
Previously, I had successfully installed the solutions, but subsequently removed them. At the time the instances were version 8.1. I am curious if this has anything to do with the issue. For those experiencing the issue, had you previously installed the solution at any point?
Experiencing the same here!
The reason it is failing is because the installation process has changed. You have to go to the applications tab of the instance selector and accept the terms and conditions for the app before it will install.
Thanks for sharing Joel. I resolved the issue with the help from MS Support yesterday. The process you identified was the resolution.
Thank you for this. I also just realized I've been watching your YouTube channel today and you're also in my area.
