First thing: I noticed many issues regarding not transferring emails to CRM, but none of them do not resolve our problems.
Do someone have a clue?
I am trying to understand your question above but I don't understand the exact issue. One thing that I would suggest is the email router is being deprecated and you really should move to Server Side Synchronization and update your CRM instance to 2016 and I am sure you will get the issue resolved and better support.
Thanks much and sorry I don't have a specific answer to your question but I am hoping the suggestion helps you from a roadmap perspective.
