Hi Guys,May be my question looks wired. Currently we are using CRM 4.0The problem we are facing is, for every month nearly 600 workflows will be in waiting condition.Some of the workflows are waiting for satisfying condition, some of the workflows throws error but it still stays in waiting condition. When i checked the error log, it was "An error occurred. Try this action, If problem continues...blah blah"It is reducing the performance of the CRM when waiting workflow count increase and none of the workflow doesn't have "stop workflow" step.
Please suggest me a solution to over this issue, thanks for your help in advance.
Hi what is the nature of the workflows, are they using wait or timeout conditions? are they in the status of suspended or waiting for resources? please share screenshot of workflow?
If the purpose of workflow is defined specifically put wait condition then it was created based on your business needs,
Usually to improve performance delete workflow completed,suspended for that you will create deletion job or go with bulk delete option in CRM
