I have a custom entity, let's name it 'new_char'. Owning type = users or groups.
Also, I have Role and Team 'outlook' (for testing).
In the role, I've granted permission to read entity 'new_char' for the entire organization.
I put my account and the test account to this Team 'outlook' (both accounts have 'sysadmin role' too, if it counts).
Every record in 'new_char' catalog have the owner = Team 'outlook'.
In the offline outlook filters, I've changed the filter on this entity to "ownerid = eq-userteams".
And few records have owner = my user account.
So, I can see all of the records in online mode from Outlook.
But when I'm going to offline mode, I can see only my own records.
What can I do to see these records in offline mode?
Something strange happened.
I have updated checkbox for entity throw code, not UI.
And it doesn't work as expected. Sometimes.
So, just enable offline sync via UI
