Scenario: We created two games in Gamification with some players playing on both.
Issue: Only one of the game we created is getting updated (based on KPIs we setup). The points are being awarded to only of the game we created to players of both games. For example, John Doe is playing on Game 1 and Game 2. John Doe created a contact and gets awarded 1 point to only Game 1, even though Game 2 has KPIs for contacts created as well.
Question: Do parallel games create conflicts?
No, player should be awarded points in both games. Players can participate in multiple games simultaneously. Please confirm both games are active and KPI parameters are the same as well as setup. Then click on reset jobs in Gamification setting in CRM. If you still do not get data post after approximately 10 minutes then please submit ticket in admin portal.
I found the issue. The KPIs were not activated even though they were saved. Thank you!
I have a same problem , Kpi parameters are showing active status . but in my gamification portal ranks and point are showing default,.that is rank values same for all the participants and point are zero for all.
i think this because of sync problem
can anyone help me how to solve this??
