I noticed that the sending of our emails stopped. That is why I looked first at the event logs, and found the above error. This is always showing every seconds or minute.
So I decided to restart the MSCRMEmail Service.
Gladly, this error stopped showing.
Unfortunately, another error showed but the sending of email resume so I am not sure if the error below is fine or not
Does anyone encountered the same issue above (the first image)?
What could be the possible cause?
It could be that you have a simple setup where you use one account to process emails to all mailboxes, but the account you use does not have impersonate rights on exchange.
