Hi Adxstudio experts,I am in the middle of developing a Customer Portal website using Adxstudio.
I have 4 fields on a Create case form. When I create a case from the customer portal, I want a task activity to be created which displays all those fields into that activity. How do we achieve this?I tried by creating a workflow activity. It works if I create an on-demand workflow and run from the active case form but I want an automated workflow activity which is triggered when a case is created from the Customer Portal. Please suggest if there is an any approach to achieve this. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need more clarifications. Regards.SdDev
Workflow will work, just check that
1. Its scope is set to "Organization",
2. Its trigger point (Start When) is correctly set to record creation.
3. Owner of the workflow has permission to create record
Worked fine. I changed the scope from User to Organization.
