Im facing an error on importing contacts. It says that it cannot find the record in order to update it.
The problem with this is that i want to create new records not update them, why does the crm thinks i want to update when those records have no GUID should it not create them instead?
If anyone needs any more details let me know i can send screenshots of the import.
There could be many reasons getting ISV aborted error.
Please check any plugin running on the entity also enable tracing service to get exact exception.
If you are using excel/ csv file to upload data which is exported from CRM there could be hidden columns of record GUID which is trying to update.
Check if any plugins is running behind usually the ISV code aborted will be related to Plugins Filip.
Could you please share the steps along with screen shots to see the exact issue?
Hi guys, thanks for your help it was close enough.
Turns out it wasn't a plugin but a workflow that was trying to run on the creation of new Contacts.
All are getting verified cause you pointed me in the right direction.
