Hi Dear All,
Can anyone help me out on how do we link customers social profile like facebook, twitter & linkedin into CRM based on the email ID provided by the customer.
I can see we already have a fields for facebook, twitter & linked in D365 lead & contact form, if a Lead or contact provides his/her email id then I want their social profile links to be updated automatically on the respective fields.

When you say "based on the email ID provide by the customer" do you mean to say the customer has put their social media information in the footer of their email message?
If you mean to say that when a customer's email is tagged in the system and it contains social media links then my first simple notion is to write a post event email entity plugin that searches for social media keywords, identifies the content and then updates the associated lead or contact. In theory this wouldn't be too difficult to scan the text content to perform this operation.
